Bacon and cheesy potatoes

Ingredients

4 large
potatoes
1/2 pkg
bacon
1 c
cheddar cheese
butter or olive oil
3 tsp
apricot jam

Step-By-Step

1Cut the potatoes in 1/2 an inch slices.
Place the slices in a baking tray.
Cover lightly with oil or butter.
Place in a preheated oven of 400F or 200C for 40min
2Cut the bacon in little bits and cook in a pan til brown. When cooken put in the apricot jam and let it melt with the bacon
3When potatoes are done cover with bacon and cheese.
Serve hot
