Bacon and Cheese Brunch Potatoes

- russet potatoes,peeled and cut into 1" pieces
- 1 c
- chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp
- seasoned salt
- 4 slice
- bacon,crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 1 c
- (4oz)shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth or water
Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer half of potatoes,onion,seasoned salt,bacon and cheese in slow cooker.
Repeat layers,ending with cheese.
Pour broth over top.
Stir gently to mix and serve hot.
