I make this for my family on Thanksgiving and upon special request. It is a BIG hit!

Ingredients

1
box of mac noodles
1/4 c
butter
1 can(s)
evaported milk (12oz)
1 1/2 c
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
dry mustard
3/4 Tbsp
salt
1/4 Tbsp
pepper
2 c
cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil noodles and set aside

In a med sauce pot melt butter on low

Add flour and stir for 3 min. (This should make a flour ball)

Slowly stir in evaporated milk. (I like to whisk so that I have no lumps) stir until thick (this takes about 8 min or so)

Stir in chx broth, worcestershire, dry mustard, ssalt, pepper. Stir until it thickens again

Stir in most of cheese (hold out enough for top)

Mix noodle and cheese mix together

cover and cook on 350 for 30-35 min. I use a 8x8 pan

Top with left over cheese
