Ingredients

8 oz
wide egg noodles
1/2 c
butter or margarine
1/2 c
light cream (20%)
1 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
parsley flakes
1/4 tsp
salt
dash pepper

Step-By-Step

1Cook noodles following package directions.

2While noodles cook, heat butter and cream in small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Stir in cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper; keep warm over low heat. Return drained noodles to kettle. Pour sauce over noodles, stirring gently until noodles are well coated.
