1 large
large fresh cauliflower
1 c
salt free chicken broth
4 oz
light cream cheese
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 Tbsp
butter

Cut cauliflower into florets.

Cook in medium pot with chicken broth until tender.

Drain and add remaining ingredients and mash.
