Easy Peasy Macaroni and Cheesy

Simple, no flour, cheesy, no fuss Mac and Cheese. Does it get any better than that? You can play around with the kind of cheese you use, I always love a nice Wisconsin Cheddar or something along those lines. I've used Gruyere, Fontina or mixtures of a few different kinds. Have fun with it. If you're skidish about eating raw egg, this is not the recipe for you.
