1.5 lbtofu, cubed

1.5 cwater
- COUSCOUS INGREDIENTS

1 tspsalt

1 tsppaprika

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

2 tspcurry powder

1/2 craisins
-
1 cantomato sauce
-
1 canchick peas
-
3 Tbspoil
-
1/2 cwalnuts, finely chopped

1 cmushrooms, sliced
-
1 ccelery, sliced
-
1 ccarrots, sliced
-
1onion, chopped

1 ccouscous
How To Make casablanca couscous

1Vegetable mixture: In large pan, brown tofu, onion, carrots, celery, mushrooms, nuts in 3 tablespoons oil.

2Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

3Couscous: Boil 1 1/2 cups water with 2 tablespoons oil.

4Pour over couscous, stir, cover, let stand for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.

5Serve vegetables over steaming couscous.
