Baked Macaroni and Cheese
2 cups elbow macaroni (8 oz)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 8 oz
Cook macaroni as directed on pkg. for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Mix milk, egg, salt, dry mustard and pepper in buttered 2 quart casserole. Stir in cooked macaroni with 1 3/4 cup cheese
Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or til top is golden brown. Serves 4 to 6
