small to medium zucchini
grated parmesan cheese
Slice zucchini long ways in four and then in thin slices.
Use wire whip to mix flour, eggs and milk to make a slightly thin batter.
Mix in zucchini, garlic and cheese. Add a little milk if batter seems to thick or a little flour if to thin.
Drop by spoon fulls (I use a spoon a little larger than a tablespoon) in to hot oil in large skillet.
Let brown slightly, turn and brown on other side.
Drain on paper towels.
