Ingredients

2 c
chicken broth
2 Tbsp
butter
1/2 c
uncooked quick=cooking grits
1 c
(4oz.) shredded white chedder cheese

Step-By-Step

1Bring chicken broth and butter to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Gradually whisk in grits, return to a boil.
2Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve immediately.
