Have not made, this is from Campbell Soup, garage sale cookbook. The pictures look sooooo good. These are hard to post, the recipe gives 3 choices.

Ingredients

1 can
condensed soup
2 tbs
cornstarch
1/2 tsp
sugar
1/4 tsp
ground ginger,or to taste
2 tbs
dry sherry
1 tbs
soy sauce, or to taste
4 cups
fresh or frozen veggie 1
1 cup
very thin sliced carrots
veggie 2
garnish, your choice

CHOOSE FROM CHOICES LISTED BELOW

Step-By-Step

1SOUP
Chicken broth
french onion
beef broth
2VEGETABLE 1
cut broccoli
cut asparagus
peas
cucumber
cauliflower
3VEGETABLE 2
2 cups fresh or frozen snow pea pods
2 cup fresh bean sprouts
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts, drained
4GARNISH
diced tofu
sliced almonds
sesame seed
51...In 10 inch skillet, combine SOUP, cornstarch, sugar, ginger, sherry and soy sauce. Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Add VEGGIE 1 and carrots. Rdduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or till veggies are tender. Stir occasionally.
62.... Stir in VEGGIES 2. Cook until heated through, stirrilng often. Sprinkle with GARNISH. Serve with additional soy sauce. Makes about 4 cups.
