I take this to our church dinners, where it gets "sampled" before it ever makes it to the table.

- 1 large
- loaf of french bread, white or wheat
- 3 large
- cans of tuna
- ½ c
- of real mayonaise
- ½ c
- sour cream
- 10-14 slice
- swiss cheese
1Slice bread lenghtwise to make 2 open-faced sandwiches. Place on cookie sheet. Lay cheese on bread, covering the cut side. These can overlap.
2Drain tuna.In a bowl, break up any large pieces of tuna. Mix together with the mayo & sour cream.
3Spread mixture onto the cheese covered bread. Bake till cheese is melted, and bread is toasty, about 25-30 mins.
4Let it cool slightly before slicing. Slice across 1½ - 2" wide. Enjoy! Cover with foil any left overs, heat in toaster oven, or microwave.
