- 1 medium
- onion, chopped
- 1 can(s)
- (16oz) whole small potatoes, quarted
- 2 can(s)
- (11oz) old fashioned tomato rice soup
1brown ground beef in heavy skillet and add chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste.
2pour into 11/2 quart baking dish. add potatoes, both cans of soup and 1 cup of water.
3place in oven and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
