| 1-15oz can(s) | tomato's |
| 1-1 1/2 pkg | sleeve saltine crackers |
| 1/2-1 tsp | sugar |
| 2-3 Tbsp | oil for frying |

Directions
Drain liquid well from tomato's,place in medium size bowl. Add as much of the sugar as needed to make tomato's not so tangy,but not too sweet.Add enough crackers to make a patty,the size of a potato cake.On a greased griddle cook medium heat,til browned about 5 minutes,flip and cook other side. You can also fry in a skillet adding enough oil as needed to keep them from sticking.
