Ingredients

lasagana strips
2 c
coarsely chopped cooked spinach
2 lb
small-curd cottage cheese
2
eggs
2 lb
cloves garlic,peeled and crushed
salt and pepper to taste
hand full of parsley,chopped
1 lb
monterey jack cheese
1 c
coarsley grated parmesan cheese
additional grated parmesan cheese for topping

Step-By-Step

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREESE.
2COOK LASAGANA ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS AND DRAIN,RUN UNDER COLD WATER,DRAIN AGAIN LAY FLAT IN A SINGLE LAYER ON PAPER TOWELS UNTIL NEEDED.W
3DRAIN SPINACH WELL AND SQUEESE JN A FABRIC DISH TOWEL UNTIL ALL MOISTURE IS REMOVED, SER ASIDE.
4COMBINE COTTAGE CHEESE,EGGS,GARLIC,SEASONINGS AND PARSLEY,AND MIX WELL UNTIL BLENDED.
5IN A WELL GREASED 9-X13-INCH BAKING DISH,PLACE A LAYER OF NOODLES, SPREAD HALF THE COTTAGE CHEESE MIXTURE ON TOP.
6FOLLOWED BY HALF THE SPINACH AND HALF THE GRATED CHEESE ,REPEAT LAYERS,ENDING WITH WITH A LAYER OF LASAGANA SPRINKLE WITH ADDITIONAL PARMESAN CHEESE, BAKE 45 MINUTES
