My husband hates beans, but adores these. The kids like them too, it is the only type of 'bean' that a pound barely feeds five of us for one meal.

Ingredients

1 lb
lentils, dry
1/4 c
soy sauce
1 tsp
fresh ginger root, minced
1 tsp
ground ginger
6 clove
garlic, sliced
1/2 tsp
ground white pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients in Crockpot, and add 5 cups water. Turn pot to high until done.
