Cook noodles in large pot in boiling, lightly salted water 8 minutes, drain well
Heat oil in wok or skillet over low heat. Add noodles; stir fry 4 minutes. Stir in bamboo shoots, mushrooms,and almonds; mix thoroughly. Stir in broth, soy sauce, and salt. Reduce heat to low; simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until liquid is almost absorbed.
