Slippery elm lozenges are sold all over from a varitey of companies. But they are so easy to make. These are more like pills as they are rolled, but you can flatten them if you desire. That could be better than an all natural, homemade item. This way you put into your body nothing but the medicine you need. No fillers, un-natural chemicals, just helpful soothing herbs. The reason for the local grown honey is that it will ease the symthoms of any allergins you are in contact with

Ingredients For slippery elm lozenges (pills)

  • 1 Tbsp
    slippery elm bark powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey (local grown if you can get it)

How To Make slippery elm lozenges (pills)

    In a small bowl put the powder. In the middle of the podwer add the honey.

    Mix the above into a hard dough. Break that in half. Roll 5 pills (pea size) from each half. Keep these in the fridge in a small container until needed. Makes 10 lozenges
