Ingredients

1
27oz can sauerkraut
2 pkg
cream cheese
2
rolls of sausage
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1
egg
1 tsp
yellow mustard
flour
eggs
bread crumbs
deep fryer

Step-By-Step

1Fry and drain sausage. Drain Kraut. Add Kraut, Sausage, cream cheese, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, egg, and mustard together in large bowl! It is easiest to use your hands to mix ingredients! Let cool in fridge for about an hour! pre-heat Deep Fryer to 350!
2Roll mixture into golf ball size balls. Roll First in flour, Second in egg, and Third in bread crumbs! Deep fry until golden brown!
