Ingredients

1 1/4 c
thin carrots chopped coarsely and cooked till tender
2 c
beets, cut julianne style,
4
extra large organic, hard boiled eggs, chopped coarsely
1/4 c
picked herring in sour cream, chopped fine
1/3 c
helm's mayonnaise, or make your own
2/3 c
sour cream
2 c
left over ham or beef, cut into small cubes
1
small purple onion, cut into thin slice for garnish

Step-By-Step

1Mix all together and set in refrig to chill.

2Serve with dinner.

3If you don't like Herring..leave it out.
