This is one of my family's favorite's veggie dishes. Especially my dad's when i still lived at home and he even askes me from time to time if i can make them for him. they are good with a little powdered sugar on them. I know it sounds wiered but it is good.

Ingredients For my farm grandma's corn fritters

  • 2 c
    corn, canned
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk or cream

How To Make my farm grandma's corn fritters

    Combine all ingredients together in a medium size bowl.

    Heat some butter or oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

    When hot add the corn fritters to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

    Sprinkle with some powdered sugar.

    Note- you may also add a little more flour for a thicker batter.
