my 13 year old loves seafood especialy shrimp so this is what she came up with while learning how to cook it. prep time can vary depending on weather you have to peel and devain the shrimp your self. i usaly get it devained but to save some money i will peel it myself. the mesurments can be adjusted accoriding to taste we tend to ue more cury and do not add salt. we also use this as a side dish for our "steak and seafood night" and i will add red pepper flakes after serving the kids for a more adult kick.
