I make this for Thanksgiving and everyone loves it.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
sliced peaches
1 Tbsp
cornstarch
2/3 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 can(s)
(8oz) can whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp
cinnamon
2 Tbsp
butter
2 can(s)
(17oz) yams

Step-By-Step

1Drain peaches, reserve juice. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4c of juice, set aside.

2In lg skillet heat remaining juice, brown sugar and cranberries, cinnamon and butter. When butter is melted add cornstarch mixture, Stir over medium heat untill thick.

3Add yams, cover and cook 10 minutes.
Stir in peaches and cook 5 more minutes.
