I don't know where this recipe originated, but it has been handed down in my family for years. It can be served any time but is best with any baked poultry.

Ingredients For holiday cranberry relish

1 pkgfresh cranberries,frozen

2apples, cored but not peeled but sliced in pieces that will fit in a meat grinder

2oranges,no need to peel or take out seeds. just slice the same as the apples.

2bananas

1 csugar
How To Make holiday cranberry relish

1Rinse cranberries,apples,and oranges under cold running water. Prepare apples and oranges for grinding.I use the coarse setting on the meat grinder.

2Run everything through the grinder,including the peeled bananas. Make sure the orange juice gets mixed in as well.

3Pour in the sugar and mix well. Cover and let stand in the fridge overnite so the flavors will blend. Then enjoy.
