- olive oil
- garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp
- dried thyme
- sourdough sandwich rolls (each 6 inches long)
1Combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
2Cut sourdough sandwich rolls lengthwise into quarters.
3Brush bread equally with seasoned oil.
4Lay wedges on a grill and lightly toast on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes total.
5Makes 8 pieces.
