Ingredients

crabmeat

egg yolk

salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp
dry mustard
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2 tsp
paprika
1 Tbsp
melted butter
1/2-1 c
bread crumbs
1/4 c
oil
1
lemon wedges

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except oil and lemon; mix gently.
2Shape into 6 cakes.
3Heat oil.
4Fry cakes over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
