Ingredients

black beans

onion, chopped

green bell pepper

garlic clove
1 tsp
cumin
1/2 tsp
oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
red wine vinegar

Step-By-Step

1Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute in a little of the bean liquid until soft.
2Add beans with remaining liquid.
3Add dry spices and simmer 15-30 minutes.
4Add vinegar just before serving.
