- 2 cup recipe of baked cornbread
- 1 large
- onion, chopped
- stalk celery, chopped about 2 cups
- chicken or turkey broth as needed
- 1 Tbsp
- sage or poltery seasoning, adjust to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb
- cooked sausage or
- 1 can(s)
- oysters or fresh oysters
1Bake cornbread the day before and crumble.
2Add to cornbread onions and celery.
3Add a cup at a time broth until wet enough for your taste.
4Add seasonings and taste to adjust.
5Place in greased pan and bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until brown.
