Corn Bread Pudding - Steph

This is a little different from the traditional corn bread. This corn bread is rich and spoonable with a hint of sweetness!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream-style corn
2 c
self-rising cornmeal
2 c
heavy cream
1/3 c
sugar
1/4 c
butter, melted

Directions Step-By-Step

350 degree oven. Coat an 8 inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended; then pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

Bake 45 - 50 minutes, or until golden around the edges.

NOTE: Since this corn bread pudding is sweeter and looser than traditional corn bread, an ice cream scoop to serve it works best. ENJOY!
