This is yummy, I'm going to grill some chicken and slather this all over it! It's got a lovely thick consistency which makes it cling to the meat.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
goat butter
1 small
onion minced
2 c
ketchup
1/2 c
apple cider vinegar
1/4 c
filtered water
1/4 c
apple juice
1/4 c
vegetarian worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 tsp
carob molasses
2 Tbsp
liquid organic honey
2 tsp
dry mustard
1 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
ground pablano peppers (or less if you dont' like it spicy)

Step-By-Step

1In a large pot melt the butter over medium heat. Mince the onion and put it in the pot with the butter and cook until it's soft.
2Add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionaly.
3Enjoy!
