1 large head cauliflower
8-12 ounces butter or margerine
8 ounces bread crumbs

Directions Step-By-Step

CLEAN STEMS OFF CAULIFLOWER. DO NOT CUT UP. LEAVE WHOLE. THIS MAKES A NICE PRESENTATION. PUT IN POT WITH WATER AND BOIL UNTIL FORK TENDER. WHEN DONE PUT IN PIE PLATE. IN POT MELT BUTTER OR MARGERINE, ADD BREAD CRUMBS, POUR OVER CAULIFLOWER AND BROIL UNTIL BUBBLY AND SLIGHTLY BROWN. CUT PUIE-LIKE PIECES TO SERVE.
