- fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 c

- 1/4 tsp
- baking soda
- 1/2 tsp
1Mix all ingredients in a large sauce pan.
2Bring to a boil until berries have come to the top.
3Reduce heat to low.
4Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes.
5Do not remove cover during cooking.
6After 15 minutes remove from heat and let cool.
7Do not lift cover until pan is comepletely cold.
8You can store in the frig. for several weeks.
