Ingredients
- 4 large Granny Smith apples
- 1 cup rum
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 - 1 cups sugar, to taste (depends how tart those apples are)
- 2 cups water
How To Make rum applesauce

Step 1Peel & core apples & cut into chunks & place in large saucepan. Add water (just enough to cover apples), rum, cinnamon & sugar. Boil until soft, about 1/2 hour.

Step 2Place in food processor & pulse untl smooth.

Step 3Serve warm or cold. Great over ice cream!
