Rice Cooker Pear Sauce

I use different varities of pears. My last batch was Bartlett, Green Anjou, Red Anjou and Bosc. To make a vegan version use 3 tablespoons of sugar in the raw in place of the honey.

Ingredients

4 large
pears
3 Tbsp
honey
1/4 c
water
1/8 c
dried cherries

Step-By-Step

1Peel, core and chop the pears.

2Add all ingredients to the rice bowl. Place on cover and set on cook. Stir every now and again.

3Cook until pears are tender. Mash. If desired, add dried cherries. Serve warm or chill.

4Enjoy.
