pineapple salsa

I came up with this one day when I had a pineapple that was getting ripe. It is great as a side dish for fish or burgers and sausages.

Ingredients For pineapple salsa

  • 1
    pineapple
  • 1 md
    red or vidalia sweet onion
  • 1 md
    red, orange or yellow pepper
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1/4 c
    lemon or lime juice
  • 1 dash
    cracked black lemon pepper

How To Make pineapple salsa

  • 1
    Cut and core a fresh pineapple. I usually cut into small pieces.

    Cut the peppers & onions into small pieces.
  • 3
    Chop the cilantro to the desired consistency you wish, I usually do a fine chop
  • 4
    Mix all of the ingrediants in a bowl. Add the cracked pepper and lemon juice.

    Put bowl into fridge and chill for a hour.
