Papaya-Pineapple Salsa

This salsa goes well with seafood and pretty much anything off of the grill.

Ingredients

3/4 c
ripe papaya, diced
3/4 c
fresh pineapple, diced
1/2 c
jicama, diced
3 Tbsp
chopped red onion
1
scotch bonnet or serrano pepper, seeded and minced
1
garlic clove, minced
2 tsp
lime zest
2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp
minced cilantro

Step-By-Step

1Combine papaya, pineapple, jicama, red onion, chili pepper, garlic, lime zest, lime juice and cilantro.
2Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3For best flavor and texture, do not make more than 2 hours before serving.
