- sugar or a bit less
- 4 c
- cranberries, fresh (if using frozen chop before thawing)
- oranges, quartered and seeded ( do not peel)
1Put raw oranges and cranberries through food chopper. Add sugar and mix well.
2Chill in refrigerator a few hours before serving.
This relish will keep well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
