Baked Cranberry Salad

I serve this as a side dish at Thanksgiving instead of cranberry sauce.

It is also delicious on top of ice cream or just as a tasty treat!

Ingredients

3 c
fresh cranberries
2 medium
granny smith apples
2 medium
apples, red delicious
1 c
sugar
1 stick
butter
1/2 c
brown sugar
1 c
pecans, in pieces or halved, as preferred
1/4 c
flour

Step-By-Step

1Wash Cranberries and chop apples in diced pieces.
Place in a 9 X 13 " baking dish
Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar

2In sauce pan, cook butter, brown sugar, pecans and flour until thickened.
Pour over Cranberries and apples.

3Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees
