Ingredients

1 Tbs Minced shallots
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Powdered mustard
1/4 tsp Tarragon (or chervil)
1/2 tsp Salt
Pinch of pepper
1/2 C Olive oil
3 Tbs Tarragon vinegar

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all ingredients except vinegar in a small bowl, stir well to mix, cover, and let stand at room temperature about 1 hour. Stir again, mix in vinegar, and use to dress crisp green salads.
