Yoghurt Spread or "Greek Yoghurt"
I personally am going to start using this in place of mayo on sandwiches and in some cold salad recipes. This is a much healthier alternative.

- 32 oz
- nonfat yoghurt
- salt to taste
- olive oil, optional
- large piece of cheesecloth
1Line a large strainer with a large piece of cheesecloth.
2Pour the yoghurt into the cheesecloth.
3Cover with excess cloth and let sit in the fridge for 1-2 days.
4Place yoghurt spread in a container & sprinkle with salt to taste. You can cover this with a thin layer of olive oil. Cover & refrigerate.
