1 cbutter, unsalted, room temperature

2 Tbspparsley, fresh, chopped

1shallot, finely diced

2 Tbspwhiskey or bourbon

1 tspdijon mustard

1 pinchsalt
How To Make whiskey butter for steaks

1On medium low speed, beat butter until fluffy. Add parsley, shallot, whiskey, mustard & salt; mix until thoroughly combined.

2Spoon mixture into log shape onto piece of parchment paper. Fold paper over itself. Using your hands, shape butter into cylinder about 1 1/2" wide. Twist edges of paper to seal. Freeze until set, about 30 minutes.
