- butter, soft
- 2 c
- 1 Tbsp
- unflavored gelatin
1Cream butter with a fork.
2Use 2T of the cream to soak the gelatin.
3Heat the rest of the cream in a saucepan. Pour the warm cream over soaked gelatin and stir well.
4Beat cream mixture into butter and salt to taste.
5Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until hard.
