This vanilla cashew butter tastes like a gift from the gods. Enjoy it on toast, apples and sandwiches or add to smoothies and every way you can think of.

Ingredients For vanilla cashew butter

  • 2 c
    roasted cashews
  • 2 Tbsp
    organic coconut or vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • sweetener as and if you wish

How To Make vanilla cashew butter

    In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and process for 1 minute. With a spatula scrape down the sides of the bowl and process the cashews again. You will need to repeat this step quite a few times until the cashews are very smooth.

    Once the cashew butter is done, spoon put it into a clean Mason jar or other container and cover tightly. Store the cashew butter in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
