Ingredients For vanilla cashew butter

2 croasted cashews

2 Tbsporganic coconut or vegetable oil

1 Tbsppure vanilla extract

1/2 tspsea salt

How To Make vanilla cashew butter

1In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and process for 1 minute. With a spatula scrape down the sides of the bowl and process the cashews again. You will need to repeat this step quite a few times until the cashews are very smooth.

2Once the cashew butter is done, spoon put it into a clean Mason jar or other container and cover tightly. Store the cashew butter in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
