- 8 oz block monteray jack with peppers (shreaded)

- 4 oz jar diced pimientoes (drained)
- 2 Tbsp
- worcestershire sauce
NOTE: If you really like a spicy pimientoe cheese, you can add 1 4.5 can chopped green chilies and cut back to 1 cup of mayonnaise.
