My youngest sister made this and she is one who just puts a dap here and a dap there. She made this for me and my friends and we all loved it =) So I am sharing it.

1/2 c
pine nuts
1 1/2 c
freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 clove
garlic (or 8)
1/8 tsp
salt or more
1/3 c
olive oil
2 c
loosely packed fresh basil leaves


1Put Basil in blender then pour in olive oil and blend. Add garlic,nuts, salt and blend again. Be sure there is plenty of oil to make blending smooth. Add parmesan and blend until smooth.
Again be sure enough oil to keep all smooth.
You can add more salt, garlic, nuts, or cheese to taste.

Mix with any noodles, enjoy warm or cold
