- 2 c
- crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 c
- real butter, softened
- 8 oz
- cream cheese, softened
- green onions, chopped fine
- slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1Mix all with mixer, or by hand if necessary.
2Form into logs on plastic wrap. Wrap tightly & refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving.
3This is good on top of steaks or as an appetizer on crackers or on fresh hot rolls.
4Note: I keep one log out in fridge & vacuum pack & freeze the others for future use.
