peanut butter
1/2 Tbsp
chia seeds
2 Tbsp
coconut oil, softened or melted
1 1/2 Tbsp
maple butter, maple sugar, (raw) honey, raw sugar, coconut sugar, etc.
1/4 tsp
vanilla extract or vanilla paste

Place all ingredients in a prep bowl and mix together well. Good spread on crackers, bread, apple slices, celery sticks, bananas, etc.
