This is a delicious spread for sandwiches,I especially love it on my favorite sandwich,turkey,it's also delicious on a cheese sandwich. Sometimes I make this spread with black olives only and it's great. I usually double this recipe but when I make a single batch,I buy the olives and celery from the salad bar at the grocery store since you need such a small amount.

2/3 c green olives with pimiento

8 pitted kalamata olives

1/2 c diced celery

2 tablespoons diced red onion

1/2 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoon olive oil

2 minced garlic cloves
How To Make lad's olive sandwich spread

1Place all ingredients in a food processor,pulse several seconds to coarsely chop. Spread on your favorite sandwich. Also good as a dip with crackers.
