cooked hard boiled eggs
Steam the liver for 25 minutes in a tightly covered pan.
Cool and put the liver through a meat grinder. I just pulsed it a few times in the food processor. Mince eggs.
Brown the onions in melted butter. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper.
Store in the fridge in an air tight container until ready to use.
Spread on bread or toast.
