Linda's Homemade Pimento Cheese

Ingredients

6 oz
softened cream cheese
8 oz
shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz
shedded pepper jack cheese
1 cup
mayonnaise
1
med chopped jar pimentos
1 1/2 tsp
black pepper
salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1Cream the mayo and cream cheese with electric mixer until well blended.
2Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Salt to taste.
3You may want to add more mayo if you like. Depending on how creamy you like your pemento cheese. I put it on Town House crackers as a spread. It is sooo good. I hope you enjoy as my family and I do.
